June is a petite young Border Collie who needs a very special home.
She was dropped off at an Arkansas shelter with a broken right front leg. The shelter was able to raise funds to have her leg repaired surgically. The leg still has a slight turn out but she is fully weight bearing now.
June came to us in early August. She is about 1 year old and 24 pounds. We believe she suffered prior abuse given that she is terrified of men and is afraid of anything like a broom, leash or mop.
This girl needs a quiet home with not a lot of initial expectations for social interaction with people. She is devoted to her foster mom and loves playing with the other dogs. June is on a journey to find a loving family with lots of love and patience.
June may do best with a dog buddy to show her the way.
June is spayed and up to date on her shots.
